Installed, still using default panel, haven't tried RXP stuff yet (yes it integrates with RXP yay!).

Initial impressions: Excellent! I have no 210 time but it flies much better than some of their earlier releases, like Seneca and F33.

1) AWESOME VC textures. Oh so crisp, pretty nice lighting with some minor issues -> the lights post switch as no effect -> there's no lighting on the GPS buttons
2) Handles well, semi slippery on the ground but that just may be a feature of the 210 lol...
3) Sounds are really nice too, interior and exterior

Another minor issue -> the shift+3 brings up a config type panel but none of the options work for me...

Anyway, off to try the RXP stuff... here's some shots cropped down from 1920x1080 to stay within guidelines.

edit nm, photobucket is having issues ill get some pics up soon

Looks outstanding. I might purchase this sometime down the road, but for now I will sit tight and wait for a few other releases to come down the pike. Keep posting screens though...it looks like a great plane

Yep, you should get it for sure. It's fills the niche between Flight1 C182 and Orbx Lancair!

And I have my RXP GNS430W working fabulously now! WAAS approaches work with and without the A/P as well!

Argh, there's a bit of an issue that RXP 430W-only users need to be aware of:

And apparently it's an FSX limitation from emails I've had with them just now.

With the RXP GNS430W only config, you'll lose the ability to tune NAV2 and COMM2. The GPS500 and 430 frequencies will be exactly the same. The same may be true for the GNS530W-only config... I'm not sure since I don't run that one.

This is a pretty big drawback for me considering the RXP integration at first seemed to be flawless.

Now the website is ok.
Thx for info. Nice model, It was my first addon for FS9 from Carenado :).
Good fps with all systems too (sure, not like default but I have 30-35 fps inside).
I see two new friends in cabin (first time from Carenado) :). Realy fast machine.

Nice pics.. it is nice and speedy! It fills the gap between Flight1's T182T and Orbx' Lancair for singles... I do like it a lot.

Ryan, did you try changes the 430 to #2 via the RXP configuration tool?

I just made panel folders for each, and am going to check it out right now.

I'm just going to use the 530 set-up as I don't have the unlimited pack. Seems the Carenado 430 operates as #2, as it should.

Strange though, the set-up does not like additional pane.'X' folders, seems you have to decide and simply use panel=

Looks great, I've missed this plane, and this is quite an improvement over the old 210. Not sure there will be a need to get the updated 206 at this point quite honestly.

Alright, going to figure out where to take this bird on its maiden flight.

True, the 206 really not needed.... I suppose an amphib 206 would be nice :)

I've been flying literally all day... my wife and kid are out of town LOL!!! The T210 cruises well 17,500 @ about 190 ktas... :) O2 was on thankfully...

Well I can't use the rxp530 and 430 at the same time. When I run the configurator for both, the 530 screen just stays black. I have the unlimited pack but I hope that's not the issue. will someone else let me know if they have this issue also?

Thnx,
LouP

Lou, that happened to me after attempting to create two custom panel folders. Went back and ran the Caranado panel set-up tool, and everything seemed to work fine. Don't have unlimited though.

Whelp, figured out my plan...Cleveland to Elmira NY. About an hour and a half flight according to my Voyager flight planner. Suggested 5,500 ft...but I'll probably take her up higher than that. :icon_lol:

....and here we go....

Took out all the RXP configurator items, re-ran the Carenado tool but still no go.

Very nice. Perfect LNAV landing into Elmira, everything switched over well without having to touch anything on my approach pattern to final.

Flew it by hand skirting through around the Cleveland airspace on departure to altitude and cruise, and it seemed very solid, stable, and easy to hand fly and trim.

I wasn't able to 'hit the numbers' at cruise along the way, a bit slower than what the performance charts stated. Not sure if that was just me (pilot error) or not.

Overall, very nicely done. Fantastic detail throughout, great sounds, etc. Fantastic views out of this bird for high flyin cruising around.

Well I can't use the rxp530 and 430 at the same time. When I run the configurator for both, the 530 screen just stays black.
There is a service pack out now that fixes this issue. It also corrects the cowl flaps lever (was reversed in the original release). You need to login to your Carenado account to download it.

On of Carenado's best yet! Flies well, feels good, sounds good .. And I love the rxp integration!

Only two things I noticed

I'm having a hard time to get a nice gentle flare on final: Or well I fail to rise the nose and make a "three pointer", if that's how you may call it on tricycles :icon_lol: or well the nose rises way to fast when I slightly pull the yoke. Might be my yoke settings, or pilot error..

The other thing is that at high altitudes and low temperatures I need to enable the Carb heat switch on my switch panel (which isn't installed on fuel injected airplanes) to prevent my rpm dropping.

Anyways, it is awesome. And it gets you there fast too .. 190 kts GS at 24.000 ft :)

Agree with all posts here. I have quite a few planes from Carenado's catalog, and I have to say I'm impressed. Would like it if they had additional exit openings (right now I can only get the pilot's side door open - maybe I'm missing something). Other than that, great plane to fly - handled a full IFR approach beautifully with conditions just above minimums, fairly stable in moderate chop too. For the flare, I agree it's hard to judge and I end up doing three pointers most of the time, but I think it's just a touch thing that'll come with time in the cockpit.

One thing I noticed: when I turn on the landing lights, there's a light reflection on the left wing right next to the pilot, as if there's a light shining on it - not sure what's causing that, as the lights are positioned in the engine cowling up front. Hopefully someone at Carenado noticed and they'll issue a fix - we'll see.

Looking forward to the C90!
