Caroline Islands-Solomon Islands-New Guinea - Landclass issue

I'm afraid there are a few small areas like this around the Kavieng area of New Ireland, & the N coast of New Britain.
Fixing this is difficult as I created these sceneries back in 2013 & don't have the source files for the Land & Waterclasses anymore.
I have created some patches, but they conflict with the originals, & this can sometimes cause CTDs during transit, as the sim gets confused with which file to load.
This can be avoided by putting the patches in a separate layer of their own, or putting them in the "Reefs" or "Rivers" layer, but a more elegant solution might be to separate out both 2013 sceneries from the whole SWPTO scenery grouping & create a grouping just for New Britain & New Ireland.
I'm still experimenting, as I wonder if there are issues (performance/stability) in adding more & more scenery layers.
I have even begun to separate out the airbases from the terrain & put them in another layer, as I now do with my most recent works.
I can then activate/deactivate airbases depending upon where/when I want to fly

I have to report that I cannot download some of your updates / fixes for the Carolines. In post 14 you had an update for Choiseul, and in post 18 you had one for Munda. However, clicking on any of the links in those posts only takes me to the resources page for your “optional landclass patches” version 4. Even clicking on the updates links on that page just takes me back to the same page.
And downloading that file, “Solomons_LC_patches_UT_230624.zip”, does not give me anything that I can recognise as being for either Munda or Choiseul.
Maybe the fault lies in my understanding of the geography of these areas, or in how to obtain updates from this new resources library, but I am worried that it is the library software itself that is not working as it should. And it does not help that there is no way to sort the list of resources when you do a search for your files, and that the original file timestamps in the warbirds library have all been lost in the transfer of files to the new one.

I updated the existing patch files in each case, so there won't be additional files to add. Simply paste the newer dated files & let them overwrite.
From the readme: -
"Updated 08-MAY-24 correcting omissions from the Choiseul Island area
Updated 23-JUN-24 correcting missing island LC south of Munda"
I'm not sure why more detail is required, but the filenames updated each time were:
08-MAY-24
Bougainville_LC_patch.bgl
Rekata_LC_patch.bgl
23-JUN-24
Bougainville_LC_patch.bgl
So, v4 has the most current versions of all the Landclass patches required, which is why you're being redirected there.
I guess finding/developing better search tools won;t be an Admin priority until after the Library transfer is completed & we all have some time to get used to the new home...

I suppose my biggest problem was my incorrect expectation that the patches would be separate files (like your previous responses within this thread) rather than being contained in v4 of your original file. DUH ...
