Carrier AI problem

Clarke123

Flying on Autopilot
I've set up two runways on a carrier. One along the bow cat and one along the landing area. I've set the first, in AFCAD, to closed for landing and the second closed for takeoff. They takeoff perfectly looks great but they keep landing back on the bow runway. Is there some other way to force them to use the correct runways?

What I did when I was messing with carrier AI was to just make one runway the length of the flight deck. I was using WWII prop aircraft though.

pfflyers - Thanks, I think I might end up going that route. It'll just be a bit messy and a pain assigning individual parking spaces to avoid conflicting parking.

Willy - That would be fine for a WWII carrier but I'm talking about modern jets and angled flightdecks. I'm trying to get the AI to take off from the catapults and land back on the landing area so it'll look more realistic. Thanks anyway.
