The "military users" package of the cavalier is almost finished. Still a few things to rework and the package should be available soon.

The next step, reworking the VC textures and create a new panel.cfg, with freewares gauges to get the "modern" cockpit look of the cavaliers.

Just wanted to thank the man, im really enjoying these Cavalier's, the most fun ive had in-sim for a while, im actually a FSX flyer but the's models fit right in with little tweaking other than a new prop texture, the prop texture from Piglets Skyraider works for me. Im also enjoying exploring the geography and history of these volatile central American countries from the cold war era and the airfields they flew from. One interesting and ultimalty tragic story concerned the Haitian Mustangs that flew unarmed, with there weapons locked away in the presidential armoury as the Haitian leader "Duvalier" constanly fear'd coup's and take-over's, and eventially had his airforce pilots purge'd and replaced by mercenaries.

Is there any chance of a Cuban paint, although apparently the Cubans only had 3 in service after the 1959 revolution

VC texture and gauges

Here is a WIP shot of a modern VC. Inspired from real restored mustangs but not aiming at being authentical to one or another.
I used gauges from the F8F Bearcat from M. Migaud, Beegee and stock fs2004 xml. Early gauge placement, to be improved.
