Sorry for creating extra work for you Paul but the death of my only sibling back in the UK meant my time and efforts were elsewhere this past two weeks.

Thanks for the comments guys, they are very much appreciated. I have long held the belief that death is the only thing in life that's certain (it gets us all in the end) and for my brother it has meant an end to many years of pain which got worse as time went on. At least he's no longer suffering.
