Guys please stop pointing to presumed errors. Thomas is a perfectionist. It will postpone release even further....:indecisiveness:

thanks a lot zlin......

You're welcome dude.

Btw, editing of discovered thin stabilizer problem isn't a big deal. Just an a half hour work on the visual model. So the delay is not my fault I'm sure.
I'm saying that just because you're seen an outsider whom absolutely no idea how to make or editing a 3D model.

there is no delay at all. I just work on it. And the beta testers are great. I will take my time I need. Nothing more to say.

Hmm, I'm an outsider. Good to know "dude"

As far as I could see, there was never any set date for release. How could there be a "delay?" TiAr will finish it when he does. In his own time and whenever he feels it's ready, he might be kind enough to release it for those of us with no modelling talent to enjoy. I haven't paid for anything, and I haven't been promised anything. I, for one, will relax and enjoy other planes for now and be excited and grateful if and when I get to enjoy this one. No need for getting upset.

Slow down fellow simmers. The Soloy will be amazing, surely and there no space to tense the ambient. Enjoy our hobby. :very_drunk:
We are not outsiders, we all are simmers, this is the most important thing, in my opinion.

Look guys and gals, we've waited for two years to see this masterpiece come together and that for a developer on his own is pretty fast, considering everything that has to be done to produce such a model. Let's give TiAr some breathing space and let him tell us when the model is ready.

I'd hate to lock a thread such as this but I will if it continues to go downhill.

It shows a picture of backlighted panel without cabin lights with GTN750/650. I solved a lot there...

The good news first: All beta testers love my current work. And they are really great in finding issues/malfunctions/discrepancies/bugs. This is also for you. I fixed all things (even stabilizer :jump:) except the displays of landing or taxi lights on ground - this is the bad news. This sounds very easy - but not for me. I did so many tries, all with no success at all.

This week I will try to solve this last issue. 99,9 percent of Mark 1 is done. And I am quite sure, the next days I will publish a release date - knocking on wood.

Be careful of posting a release date! Too many will hold you to it. You cook this as long as you need to! We are all appreciative of what you are doing, and a week or weeks or month or months is still good. This is a GEM, and I thank you for your efforts!

Agreed! Take all the time you need!

The real nice thing about being the developer is that you get to decide when a product is just right...

only you will know when you are happy with it, wait until you are.

looking forward to this release when you are happy.

Got my day - solved my 3D-lighting problems. Now we have separate landing-/taxi-lights on ground and in models. And beacon on rudder follows animation. All lights are controlled from VC. Nice!
