Just when you think you have everything running some what better...

You get a message from the Hosting company. Short story they need to move us to a new server. I have been working with them to plan a good date for all concerned. Here is what we have come up with as a schedule.

    1. November 4th 17:00 -5UTC shut off the forums and start backup proceedures. During this time there will be no access to the forums or the Resource Section.
    2. November 5th Continue with Backups and download same until complete.
    3. November 6th 7:00 turn over server to hosting company to move system to new server
    4. November 7th - 8th restore backups and upgrade forum software.

If all goes well we should be back online on November 8th.

To keep you updated we will post updates on AVSIM forums.

    Thank you for your support.

Gear and water rudder animations are done after a long time of try and error. 3- and 5-blade versions are done.

No, it will be freeware Garmin 430/530. But I will think about RXP or Flight1 avionics. We will see.

I am on a good way. First FSX WIP shots after compiling with success some minutes ago. Textures are HD 2048 x 2048 32-Bit bmp.

These shots are in fact a big step beyond. Hope you like it.

That plane looks awesome Thomas.. great work and thanks a lot for your contribution to this community. Will it have the option of hiding the yokes?

Thanks again

Dan

Work on Mark I interior and exterior is nearly finished. Only pilots and some minor things are missing. Also exterior model working is going on. Next step is learning how to do specs, bumps, globalenv or fresnel textures.

Note - pics are textured 1024 x 1024 DXT3, with HD all is fine.

Also, Mark II conversion is on its way. But first, Mark I will be finished.

Merry Christmas
