A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category CFS 2 Aircraft - World War I

Description: The Blackburn Kangaroo R.T.1 (Reconnaissance Torpedo Type 1) served as a bomber with RAF 246 Squadron during the final six months of the war on anti-submarine patrols over the North Sea.

Model built with Abacus Aircraft Factory 99 and animated with Abacus Aircraft Animator by Stephan Scholz.

Model re-worked with Gmax by Martin Klein to incorporate a detailed virtual cockpit, as well as the addition of folding wings, opening bomb doors, elevating machine guns and animated crew members.

WestFront,

The non-standardization of aircraft types and shapes during WWI is fascinating to me. Great job modeling this aircraft! :santahat:
 
It should, but will probably need a bit of work on the aircraft.cfg and air files. The gauges will have to be substituted with the Vickers Vimy ones.

Definitely an example of how A/C designers were stretching the limits of conventional technology and materials during WWI. Thanks guys.
