A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category CFS 2 Ships Add-Ons

Description: An update to the 'untextured' GMax models released earlier in the year. When first released I had no idea of texturing. Although things have not changed much, I have managed to texture the models. 'They ain't oil paintings' and they have not had much done to their design (my first ship design), and as such are fairly simple.

Includes:

Kako as a cruiser and as an 'aircraft carrier' for floatplane launches.

Aoba as a cruiser and as an 'aircraft carrier' for floatplane launches.

Nice work by Polar Lion, Allen and Uncltgt on this one.

Cheers,

Stuart277

Stuart277,

Thanks, dude! This is outstanding, sorry for the lack of press, I forgot about announcing it. Oops! :icon_eek:

Since these are "2.0," do you need me to delete the older package for you?

Good Idea

Hi Rami,

Good Idea.

Get rid of the old 'untextured' ones. Anyone who wants them, has them, and the V 2.0 has the GMax models included, if anyone wants to work on them.

Cheers,

Stuart

Magnifico!

Thanks, Stuart!

Nicely detailed ships that are also framerate friendly are always welcome!

I am a great fan of Usio's ships, but do they slow my pc down! Colin Glendinning's ships offer a great balance between details and framerate, too bad he did not build more. Yours are on the same wavelength, your R.N. battleships and cruisers are just great!

Perhaps we'll be able to see more o' them!......;)

Cheers!
