CFS2 Repaint Utility, Mission Builder & Scenery Editor

Hi all,
Thinking of making a 100th BG campaign for CFS2, but first we will have to see what sort of mission builder and repaint utility I can get my teeth into, also, some sort of scenery editor where I can add in targets for the boming runs,

Mission builder is in CFS2 already and down load Cody Coyote's mission builder tutorials.You can add objects with it for targets.Others know more about paint utilities.
