CFS3 BoB Alpha 01 Uploaded

Hold off in making this a sticky as there seems to be a updated version available. Do i need to include any missions files with it or is it complete ?Is CFS3BoB mk1 a complete .exe or just a update to Alpha 01?
 
If this is a link to my media file, don't forget to transfer to yours or elsewhere as I need all my space so will be deleting tonight Central daylight.
 
Don't know why my first link was edited out as this file is what is needed, not the update. Must have been a misunderstanding of some sort. Alpha 01 is needed first. Sorry for the confusion . BoB Install CTD

Ok folks, I updated my Battle of Britain install; now I get CTD when exiting missions; could this be related to qclocations...am I missing something?

Which BoB install? The old original one (Just Flight), or Pat Pattle's one? With the update to Pat Pattle's one, care is needed as I don't think the update is complete so I would slowly add components rather than try to bung the whole thing on top of the Alpha01 install. IIRC I tried to just pop all the files from the update into the Alpha01 package a few years back and ran into problems.
 
Thanks for your reply; I did have the JustFlight version but that's archived on another drive. The original BoB install ran fine until I used the update installer so maybe that's the issue? When "end sortie" is selected, there's a pause as if the sim is looking for something, then crash. In campaign mode (correct spawns selected), it will CTD when warp is selected, or a few minutes into the mission.

Hi Phrog_phixer, I agree your crash issues are consistent with a spawn problem. You may recall that Mrjmaint did a great set of campaign spawns for BoB - make sure you have the BoB version, not the Bob-era ETO ones installed.

Also, an update was needed so make sure you have the update 01 version installed not the original. Even then it is vaguely possible that some of the campaign mission spawns are missing a goal. There are one or two minor tweaks which I usually make to the spawn set, I just can't remember hat they are because it was back around 2014!
 
I have no problems with missions or campaigns with my install and use a pre-release updated BoB. Havent tried the newer update yet.
 
Thanks for your inputs and comments everyone...I would prefer to avoid reinstall. I did use MultiCFS3 program (first time in Win10) because the original BoB install was linking to base CFS3...could that be it?
