CFS3 Jets

I have been searching around for some more modern jets for CFS3 and have found a Tornado and Falcon over at Just Flight and also a mention of an F111 (but don't know by who or where to get it from). Can anybody tell me if they are worth the cost as from what I have read, the jets have limited functions in CFS3 ( I know there are no radar or missiles etc) but also that there are only a couple of versions that will actually work .... so the there are 65 versions for FS2004 and only three for CFS3 FOR THE SAME PRICE!!!!!!! ... so I was wondering if anybody has them and if they think it's worth it or not.

Not. I've got a Tornado and F-16, and frankly, although the models are all right, they don't "do" anything. CFS3 is the best for WW2, in my opinion, but for post-1950 stuff, it simply isn't able to cope.

If you want to fly modern aircraft, go here:

https://store.thirdwire.com/store.htm

and buy and download whichever one suits you. I've got the lot... And it's very good. The price for one version will not be anything you can't afford! And you get a number of very well modelled player-flyable aircraft. Start with several versions of the F-4 Phantom and A-4 Skyhawk...There are loads of add-on aircraft to be had (admittedly not generally up to the standard Greg, Ted, Steve, Viso and Luca have set here, although some are very good...) Including a nice Tornado F.3. And the weapons do work - AIMs, AGMs, GBUs, HARMs, etc, etc. There is a phenomenal arsenal of ordnance available.

Most downloads for the SF2 series can be found over at CombatAce.
