CH-53K King Stallion First Flight Today!

That is one big beast. I remember many years ago (1969) when a Marine CH-53 came out to USS Coral Sea from Danang to airlift one of our UH-2 Seasprites off the ship for repairs. I had never seen a CH-53 before. They hooked up the UH-2 to the lifting cable, 53 pulled out of its hover and off they went, just like the UH-2 was a dozen eggs and a loaf of bread.
