CH Throttle Quadrant Problem

Les Parson

Members +
With a new Vista-64 setup, my previous Elite Kingair throttle quadrant will not function (confirmed by the manufacturer), forcing a return to the CH Throttle Quadrant. Dreading the calibration process, everything is working perfectly except for #1 Throttle. The throttle simply has no gradual travel from 0 to 100%; in other words it either idle or full throttle with no gradual travel, and of course no reverse.
#2 throttle has full travel and full reverse. I've tried to duplicate #1 with #2 without success. Calibration with FSUIPC and I've read all the Pete Dawson in the past. All this with FS2004.

Has there been any history, recent or otherwise with this particular problem?
