• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Charlie is a man's man in the entertainment industry. Here's to his best!

Take 'er easy old man ... we'd like to keep you around a little longer.

I wish I still had his email.... He's one of the "good' guys. Hope he's doing well and doesn't over stress himself.

Charlie, resin up that bow! :ernae:

Praying for him... Charlie IS the man, especially to me....... Snusk into bar underage back in '78 to see him... The waitress wouln't serve me anything but Coke. Do you think she knew? :medals::engel016::icon29::guinness::applause:

I'm not a Country music fan, but I can say I have seen him play and it is an awesome performance.
I figured he was okay when Geico started playing my favorite Geico ad again, a few weeks ago...
"That's how you do it, son..."

Saw Charlie Daniels in Grafenwhor, Germanywhile he was touring with the USO. Always like the guys who tour for the troops but don't make a point about it...Saw Hootie and the Blowfish a couple years later in Kuwait, and Mary Chapin Carpenter the following Christmas (yes, back in Kuwait).

I like the Biscuit one myself.....
