Just ut of interest for all users of Falcon's beautful Charlton Field scenery,
Just discovered that Charlton Park in Wiltshire, home to the Charlton Manor estate, held a low-key airshow and classic car day last year at the airstrip. The event was hosted by the well known warbird pilot and ex-Fomula one motorist, Robs Lamplough, and featured some displays by his Spitfire VIII and Spitfire Tr.IX H-99. I can't find any online information of the event, though, it seems not to have been reviewed. The way I found out was flicking through an old Autocar magazine and finding a review.
If any one has time, see if you can find out some info/photos of the event...
