Checklist help

I have the PMDG B1900C and can't get the checklist to show up. I can open the checklist in word and internet explorer. I've tried to save the checklist in internet explorer but that didn't work. I also tried copying the Cessna 182 checklist and then paste the 1900 checklist in it and saved it but that didn't work also. Is their a certain file format that the checklist needs to be in? Here is the aircraft.cfg

Check list file= beech_1900c_check

[fltsim.0]
title=Beech 1900C
sim=beech_1900C
model=
panel=

texture=
kb_checklists=beech_1900c_check
kb_reference=beech_1900C_Check_ref
atc_id_color=0xffffffffff
atc_id=N1900C
ui_manufacturer=Beechcraft
ui_type=1900C 2D Cockpit
ui_variation=PMDG Passenger

Checklists (and anything else you wish to see (access) via the kneeboard) must be in a specific format. I am not at my FS machine at the moment and I do not remember the format. If no one else answers, pick an aircraft which has a checklist that works, and then look at it in Windows Explorer to see the file extension its checklist uses.

Hi,

Dunno if it's help .. but checklists or references are in HTM format and so your files are in the correct format as you are able to open it in your internet explorer :)

Checklists and Reference files can also be in text (notepad) format. The important thing is to make sure that the names match the files in the aircraft.cfg.

I tend to make them in notepad for aircraft that don't come with them usually as a reference file with good to know info like stall speeds, max speed, etc. Keeps me out of trouble at times.

I got it to work, just had to rename the checklist and reference files to beech_1900c_check and beech_1900c_ref.
