This is a repaint for Milton & company's Spartan Executive. A surprising large number of the 34 Spartans constructed were used for military purposes. This is one of three repaints of miltary Spartan's created with the help of the paint kit available from Milton's website. This is the single Spartan 7W purchased by the Nationalist Chinese government.
