CHPS mini Badge

Does anyone know what the significance of the small badge that the CHP TV guys wore on their right pocket? Looks like mini badge of the big badge worn on the left pocket (above sunglasses).
I'm guessing a marksman badge.....

CHP Marksman pin

Okay....I've found the answer to my question ^.

It is a California Highway Patrol (CHP) Marksman pin. Found one for sale on Ebay.
So... I don't need anymore "helpful" answers please. Thanks.
