• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

cockpit transfer questions

i was wondering if it was possible to take the virtual cockpit of one aircraft and put it in another? for instance the posky 737 aew&c i was wanting to put the default 737 virtual cockpit in there to make it more flyable i tried inputing the interior mdl file into the model folder and edited the mdl.cfg to say
[models]
normal=os737WT
interior=B737_800_interior

then i put the panal bmp files and the cfg from the 737 into the panal folder

but when i loaded into flightsim i chose the posky 737-700 i clicked show details and i saw the model just fine but when i flew it everything was invisable exept for the 2d panal

is there something i am missing in the aircraft.cfg? if so can someone please help me and tell me what i need to do to put cockpits into different aircraft
