My mate has Vista, I hav XP and finding the config file on XP is no problem.
But I'm blowed if i can find it on his Vista system - ( I must say it is not my cup of tea, this vista )
Can anyone tell me where the config file is on Vista - and how to get to it.?
I normally use windows explorer to locate folders, but that son't seem to work in Vista
TIA

C:/Users/(Username)/AppData/Roaming/Microsoft/FSX

Just replace (username) with your mates username, and you should be set!

-Also make sure you have hidden folders visible.:ernae:

You can also type "fsx.cfg" into Vista's start menu search bar; but you have to tell it to search everywhere (including hidden files).

Thanks guys- remind me - how to get to hidden folders please

Go to Start...
Control Panel
