As i was looking around NAS Oceana and its Gate Guards i saw that following. Does anyone know if it's a real F-18 flying that got catched by the sitalite-camera(but what are those rainbow colours and where is the shadow on the ground?) i think it is a joke of some google employee... -What do you think?

I clicked on the photo and that is about the dirtest site I have ever been to. Malwarebytes blocked about 5 sites really quick. A whole chain of of pop-ups.

I'am sorry to hear that, i use pic-upload.de since about a year but I never heard something like that.

You can use google-maps by your own to have a look at the same location.

Google Maps shows that 'rainbow' Image from a top down view, but if you zoom in, the angle changes to show nothing is there in that field.

Mapquest's view shows the same thing... nothing looking like a rainbow colored Hornet in Profile view.

G Avenue and Tomcat Blvd., right?

I believe the rainbow effect is caused by the aircraft being in motion during the exposure. I noticed the same thing with a plane caught at KSDL where the aircraft has a distinct rainbow pattern. You can also see the shadow cast by the plane.

There are two...
