Converting to CFS2

Has anyone done a cfs2 mdl file for the Grumman F9F-8 Cougar by Kazunori Ito? Tried using the MDL converter v.2. and I really don't understand how to use it.
 
Per Mr. Ito's read me files...converting or modifying his aircraft in any manner is prohibited. There are a few members who have converted some of his planes for their own personal use...but those files are not permitted to be uploaded to the SOH/Combatfs file library. Maybe someone who has converted the F9F will contact you privately outside of the open forums.
