Cooper bombs in WWII?

Do any of you ordnance gurus happen to know if cooper 20# anti-personnel bombs were used in the early war years ( Like in the lysander for instance)?

I'm not finding any reference that says they were or not, the attached file may or may not be of help.

US used the 20-lb M41 frag bomb with those new proximity fuses. They were in 120lb and 500lb clusters. When they were dropped with a Norden sight though special computation tables were used for max trail angle to target.

As far as if they were used in the early days that's a good question. I know the US copied a version Germany was using but I'll ask a buddy of mine if he knows.
