Green Heron. Do a google and you will get lots of photo examples. We see all the time on Lake Hartwell in SC.

Munching on the morning gut pile! Oh did everyone notice that he was eye'ing the photographer for his next meal?! I wouldn't recommend it thou, Panther would beat his brains in!! hehe
