Couple of new (least I hadn't seen them) patches out for Nemeth CH-53

Sorry if this has been posted already been kind of busy and haven't had a lot of free time lately: One of the major changes is a 2d panel with an autostart. Also fixes ground hopping. Off to test out that and the rest of the changes now. Oh and if you have repaints back up the aircraft config file.
