Crash at Oshkosh ????

Just caught the very end of a news report on TV.........something about a plane cartwheeling down the runway at Oshkosh, but am unable to find it again....?!

Anybody else hear anything ???

I heard that Roush walked away from the crash, but I was told in he's in critical condition at the Mayo Clinic.

His passenger walked out without a scratch. He wasn't wearing his seat belt harness and had instrument panel for a heavy snack.
 
I saw the video online somewhere of him coming out on his own right after the first responder opened the door/hatch. He didn't look good. But he was walking. Probably in shock.
I'm sure he'll pull through and be flying one of his Mustangs again next year.
 
Good to hear he is in fair condition. I hope he has a full and speedy recovery.

Accidents happen. I wonder what the cause was.


Good screenshots of the accident, not that its good, its not, but I had wondered if someone had taken some shots of it 'in' the action of contacting the ground.

Speed channel had a very short clip showing the plane very slow and unsteady. They said it lost power, I don't know where they got their info or if its accurate.
