• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Crashing....

No I'm not talking about the Pilot kind....

My CFS2 install has a habit of liking to crash. Some times it will do it when I'm closing down to desktop, other times when flying QC. Sometimes with add-on aircraft, and other times with pure stock aircraft. (Well as stock as OH Stockers get). What causes CFS2 to just wig out?

If your CFS2 tends to crash when coming out of QC, that is most likely caused by having a plane (or planes) set to a nationality that is not in your nationality file thingamabob. CFS2 comes stock with US, Japanese, German and British nationalities...I think.....definitely US and Japanese...and if you have a plane that is set as a nationality other than the stock ones, CFS2 will crash to desk top every time.

I have other nationalities loaded, but I will have to double check the aircraft files. Ya never know....
