Creating Air files

This may be a bridge too far, but what is the best program to use on Windows 10 for creating air files for CFS2?

Although I don't know this particular tool, but in most cases Jerry Beckwith's work flawless, also under Windows10. With this tool you should be able to convert your .air file into a plain taxt file and the onther way round.

Thank you Huub. My next question is, are there any recommended tutorials or manuals on the ins and out of MS flight Sim air files?
