CV-580 repaints

Well, pilgrim....I went to Avsim and under FSX/FSX repaints punched in Convair and did not find the repaints. Is there perhaps a file name that they go by? This would really
facilitate finding the repaints......

You've asked for the "model" initially, not the repaints. The latter aren't released yet.

And the model still can easily be found here, on Avsim or Flightsim.

I'm already finding that out. Other then "gee" "wow" that looks great....,
It was hard to discern their status.

Sorry, i'll notify when the textures are ready. The problem is that i'm not satisfied with the result. The engine textures look horrible and need some more work. Also there are several details that needs to be dealed with, like the windows for example. There should be no curtains on a Navy transport, so i need to rework them among many other things.

Hint: If you want to make me or other potential painters happy, release a revised paintkit and throw in new bump and spec maps.
I'm sure the CC guys won't mind as long as they're properly credited.

Textures are generally a lower priority for me during development since they're strongly influenced by personal taste (and paint program experience).
Furthermore, and unlike model files, they can be edited anytime by anyone with the right tools.
