Daimler Benz DB605 throttle effects

Should the throttle effects appearing on the BF 109 also been on the Mc 205 since both a/c use the same Daimler Benz DB605 engine ?

Nothing to stop you fitting them. Copy the lines from the 109s xdp into the same place in the Macchi's xdp. Delete the bdp and off you go.
