Well they are wonderful - I have coincidentally been having a "Swiss binge" flying DG's hunters (and David Pearson's AI Mirage III's) in and out of St Stephan (LSTS). Great location and aircraft. Heading to Switzerland later this week (skiing in Zermatt). Hope you can post these!
Expat: like you I have enjoyed flying in Switzerland, mostly from Sion. As well as the Hunter and Mirage there's a very nice Venom available, both natural and camo finish, and a lovely repaint for the GAS Gipsy Moth.
Is someone having the same issue with the NAV2 instrument with the Hunter Trainer version?
in the single place everything works OK:
No Freq:
With a rec freq:
Hunter T no freq:
Hunter T with a dialed-receivable freq:
While on the single place version the "off" flag goes away as it should, on the Trainer the "off" flag seems to "jump out" of the instrument, the VOR directon\distance works OK, it's just the "off flag.
Thank you for any help
Just to be more clear:
Both the T and the FGA9 tested are those found at Classic British Flight Sim, unedited and installed in FSX.
Thank you very much for the support
NOTHING to apologize.
Thanks for updating the model, not only you have designed THE Hunter serie for FSX, but provided a costant improvement!
Thanks to you all people who make all theese freeware planes with such passion
Just doing some approaches between Meiringen (LSMM) and St Stephan (LSTS) in winter in your T8, Dave, and every aspect - exterior model, VC, flight handling, and sounds of this exemplary freeware model - is sublime. Hugely appreciated.
I have got so carried away I now have my own little Hunterfest airshow set up using both DG's and John Young's dedicated models as AI. There are some great, varied Swiss Air Force paints (operational and air show) to watch and enjoy!
