How can the crew be made visible in the DC-3 cockpit from an external view?

Crew is visible for me by adding their weights (you'll have to zoom in on the pic to see them).

Where exactly should the values be entered? Within the EFB? What are the exact values?

Yes, I used the EFB. I don't remember the exact values, but I know they were above 170. I'm away from my sim computer today, so I can't check to make sure.
