DC-3 sowiet panel - DC-3 2D panel with russian gauges

This is the DC-3 panel with russian gauges and layout.
It is done for those who prefer to use DC-3 panels for the Lisunov Li-2.
This panel is based on the original FS2004 Douglas Dc-3 panel but uses mainly
gauges from a Il-14. As it is based on the original FS2004 Douglas DC-3 panel it also works with this one
But in this case the fuel selector and Fuel gauges must be replaced by the original ones.
