Just when you think you have everything running some what better...

You get a message from the Hosting company. Short story they need to move us to a new server. I have been working with them to plan a good date for all concerned. Here is what we have come up with as a schedule.

    1. November 4th 17:00 -5UTC shut off the forums and start backup proceedures. During this time there will be no access to the forums or the Resource Section.
    2. November 5th Continue with Backups and download same until complete.
    3. November 6th 7:00 turn over server to hosting company to move system to new server
    4. November 7th - 8th restore backups and upgrade forum software.

If all goes well we should be back online on November 8th.

To keep you updated Tom Clayton has offered to post updates on AVSIM forums.

    Thank you for your support.

Updated model with new "Gipsy Queen" sound set by Gary Jones.
Other small improvements and updates to virtual cockpit and exterior model.
The DH Dove is a British short haul airliner developed and manufactured by deHavilland. The design, which was a monoplane successor to the pre-war Dragon Rapide, came about from the Brabazon report which, amongst other aircraft types, called for a British-designed short-haul feeder for airlines.
Over 500 aircraft were manufactured between 1946 and 1967.

Just had my first flight in this aircraft (from NZCH - NZWN) and enjoyed it very much. Thank you.

Excited this plane is in the sim! I am studying a DH104 Dove wreckage I want to hike to, and having one in the sim will be great to fly around.

I've always loved this plane! As a kid, I wanted to build a model of it, which I never did. Does it come with a Martin's Air Charter/Martinair livery, perhaps?

Well, I flew it yesterday for two hours in New Zealand (South Island). Great scenery, however when I was about 10 miles from the airport I disconnected the AP and it immediately took a nose dive. I was able to recover and got it trimmed. I moved the controls just a tad to correct for final and it again dose dived with no recovery.

Concerning. Just about to take it for a spin. I'll see if I can replicate this issue
