DEM4p10a_8 fix?

I'm in the process of downloading the LOD8 mesh. When I came to 18 of 22, this BGL could not be extracted. I see there's a fix for it, but when I try to download, I get a "Webpage Cannot be Found" message.

Is there a fix for this fix? And can the rest of the BGLs be installed without it?
