There are a number of those birds from a similar era that I like to put in campaigns sometimes. The D.XXI, the p-36, the Gladiator, the CR-42, the Boomerang, etc can make for some great "what if" flying in campaigns.

Windows 8.1 and ETO Security Settings

I have it working! Two problems solved! First: the registry didn't recognize what to do with batch files. I found a file on the internet to update the registry. Second: all files within the install must be made accessable for the batch files, which means you'll have to adapt the security settings for the ETO install.

Windows 8 is a bitch! Have it tamed now.

Which ETO files did you change? And how did you change them?

I didn't change any ETO file in particular. I changed the properties of the whole ETO install. These are standard on read only in Windows 8
