different startup screens?

Once you know what's to be done there's nothing to it. Think I'm off to go fly my Fokker D.XXI and shoot some 109's!

There are a number of those birds from a similar era that I like to put in campaigns sometimes. The D.XXI, the p-36, the Gladiator, the CR-42, the Boomerang, etc can make for some great "what if" flying in campaigns.
 
Windows 8.1 and ETO Security Settings

Which ETO files did you change? And how did you change them?
 
I didn't change any ETO file in particular. I changed the properties of the whole ETO install. These are standard on read only in Windows 8
