Just sim market to start with I think. There’s a 2024 version and also a Polish version in the works

I'm sticking with MSFS 2020 because of the add-ons; I'm curious to see the first reviews and progress on the systems in development.
And the Polish version is great, because PZL-Świdnik produced a total of about 5,500 units. There were different versions: military, ambulance, police, and even, if I'm not mistaken, agricultural, although I've only dealt with the military version, like this one

Release day tomorrow, first review I’ve seen (in Polish.) doesn’t look like it’s compatible with MS2024 at all, but 2024 version will follow Q2 this year at some point. Fully Priced at 34.99 on sim market, discount for the first 2 weeks.

They must have worked hard to make it NOT compatible with FS2024. Or done some custom stuff that breaks SDK rules.

The only add-on I had left in my library that didn't work in FS2024 was the PMDG 737-700, and they finally upgraded that.

Disappointing.

Yeah it’s a shame but looking at the review video the 2024 version should be worth the wait. It looks absolutely phenomenal. I’d say at least on par with the very best.

anyone flying it? how are the frame rates compared to Taog or Cowan..?

I read that the 3D model is created using photogrammetry. I have a YAK-55M Pepelatz Studio on XP12, and it's also created using photogrammetry. Unfortunately, it kills the frame rate
In other users' tests, more and more people are criticizing the flight model, claiming it's not very good.

Although the MI-2 is an iconic model for me and looks great, and the launch sale is tempting, I'll wait and see how the model develops, as it has huge potential.

Would you have links to the conversations where the flight model is evaluated ? I have checked a few forums but haven't found any feedback yet...

There are reviews below the video. I know sometimes people write nonsense, but around the 25-minute mark, there's a review and summary of the flight model.

And DM's Flying School is a reliable tester for me.

Which doesn't change the fact that it's a very cool, well-made model. If the developers focus on a more educational level, I think they'll eventually add two modes: realistic (as much as the simulator allows) and arcade mode for flying with a simple controller.
