• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

I fully agree !

On the approach/landing mode the "E"" bracket presented on the left of the HUD
is perfectly set up with the ideal speed and AOA just like the real T-45C.

A very fine job of digital artwork !

Sounds problem...

I am having problems with the Bingo and LAW sounds not working. I see an indicator in the HUD when I reach Bingo fuel or pass the LAW altitude setting but the "Bitching Betty" sounds never play. Dino or anyone know a solution? Thanks!Brandon

This may help, I hope. Lets see.

In the Boeing_T-45C folder, in the sound file is a readme. At the bottom is instruction for entry in the aircraft.cfg file.

I saw that but I assumed that the aircraft was already set up to take advantage of the sound package. I will try this and see if it helps. Otherwise I've been having lots of fun!

Saw that too after posting it over on his blog. Hopefully others thy have noticed the issue will see this as well. I'm sure Dino will implement this soon. At least we get the HUD notification which is nice!Brandon
 
Just downloaded the file and I'm looking forward to flying it. I've been flying Dino's models for years and it's always a pleasure. Thank you very much Dino and all those concerned.
 
Just got done test flying and what a fun time. This is one of my favorite aircraft and Dino's is the only one I have ever flown. Here is a screen shot NAS Pensacola and Pensacola Beach, someplace I know very well in the real world. This is with REX2 and TileProxy, I only wish I had more computer power.

Dino, fantastic bird. I especially enjoy the retro paints celebrating their anniversary. I just need to figure out how to stop her from staying in a continous bank that eventually spirals into the ground. It's not your model, its something not working right with Simtouch.

Instructor cockpit incoming... and a note to repainters (if any)

FYI due to a couple of (unusually) rainy days, I've been working on the instructor cockpit, too.

Since the two cockpits are similar but not identical, in order to optimize texture usage there will be changes in the VC texture layout.
External texture layout will not be changed.

As for the missing LAW and BINGO sound, these are lower priorities for me at the moemnt. I'll see what I can do...but these may not be present in the next update.
