Hi guys I just wanted to ask if there is a repaint out there of ZH763 the 111 used at RAF Boscome Down. If there isnt is there anychanve of it being made.

Have got one tricked out in ETPS colours. Believe that it was based at Boscombe Down.
 
Was not that obvious to me or I would not have asked. That answer however just put me off trying to help. Thanks for freeing up my time.

You will find no better help anywhere on the web than right here at SOH.

But that requires that you treat people with respect, be appreciative of the time they invest, be clear in your requests, be quick to help clarify your needs, be apologetic when you haven't been clear, and understand that the written word in forums will not always be read as you intended.

You have a responsibility as a member here and of the human race to earn respect and be humble when people are not clear about your intentions, especially when they are trying to help. Remarks like this are not helpful to the cause and win no friends.

I wasnt being rude I didnt know if Sunny knew what repaint I was after. I am very sorry if I have offended you Sunny. Id also like to apologise to anybody else I may have offended sorry guys.

Thank you Tom for stepping up. We appreciate all of our members and all that they invest in this site, you included. Hopefully you will find the repaint you requested or someone can get that done for you. :applause:
 
Alright then...water under the bridge. Maybe my sensitivity dial was cranked up a bit too far.
As Milton so eloquently stated sometimes in the written form things come across differently than they were intended.

So now that the slate is wiped clean, if you can't find the repaint I'll look into doing it during the next week while I am in Oregon for work.

Glad things are ok now. I have looked on Britsim and Classic British Flightsim and various other flightsim sites I cant find. There is one similar to the one in the second link but its an Australian Airforce 111.
 
Do you have any more links to images for the real thing by any chance ??? It appears to be a simple enough overall paint but in the image you posted the tail is sort of blurry.

If the Aussie one is close I can maybe use it as the base, making the work easier. So if you have that link let me know.

Ok...9T9 appears to be the lettering I could not make out on the other shot. I'll see what I can put together. And again if you still have the link to the RAAF paint I'll get that as well just to use as a base.
