Hi Acwai
It is in AF=Midway Coastal Defense Pak, AF_CoastalDefecePak or af_cstdef_pak. I cannot find it, but I am not good at 'search'.
If no-one can point you to the file I will put the file up tomorrow.

Yep, Stuart had them pretty much zeroed-in.

You'll find them in Pen32Win's AF_Coastal_Defense_Pack_I_and_II_with_screens.zip which can be found in the -> Pen32Win download section here at SOHCheers,
