Does anyone recognize this C-46 FSX addon (beige VC)?

Hi all,

I'm trying very hard to find this particular version of the C-46 for FSX. The one I'm referring to can be seen in this video -- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5BDSYrbWa78 -- it has a beige VC with modern avionics. I've downloaded the very popular C-46 v2 by Libardo Guzman Garcia (with various updates and fixes) thinking I may find the modern beige VC in there, but it only seems to include various variations of the gray VC.

Does anybody know what version of the C-46 this is and where to download it if it's freeware?
