Double buildings

I have recently started using some of the many older freeware add-on airports I collected during the first four years of MSFS. These still work in both FS2020 and FS2024, however, it's as if the exclusion polygons are no longer working because I consistently see the stock FS buildings coming through the new replacements. Anyone else experienced this? Is there an solution, apart from giving up on these older sceneries.

Thank Sim updates. All I can do is tell you to look at .To for updates to that scenery or learn how to use the SDK and make some exclude polys to get rid of the unwanted buildings. Naming the exclude only files something like zzz_exclude(whatever) will load them first.

Thanks Brian. It would be nice if they left the things that work alone, and worked on the things that don't.
