Not saying anyone needs to, or should, by any means. . . .but it would be a nice gesture to shoot off an e-mail to the designer to let him know of our appreciation for this landmark aircraft.

Granted, it would be great to do that for anyone who has given to the community, but many times we fail even with the best of intentions and it never gets done, but it would still be nice to follow through on this one.:salute: JMO

Three words: Holy. Freakin'. Cats.

Just did three loops in a row out of Ottumwa Industrial without adjusting the power or stick so much as a smidge (other than the gentle, initial pull - just held it there) and probably could have done a hundred more with more altitude. This bird pulls like hell! Think of a rodeo bull on meth hooked up to a Big Boy locomotive tied to a supertanker and you'll get my drift. And the detail is jawdropping! Check Asda Offers and Aldi Offers. You can just keep zooming in without seeing so much as a misplaced pixel. Just take a look at those braided steel rudder cables!

With Bill Ortis and Proptrash a new day dawns. This, ladies and gentlemen, is an aeroplane!

It should come with a warning ..... when you strap this on and open the throttle .... ya gonna scare the crap out of ya :icon_lol: :icon_lol: :icon_lol:

This is an awesome fun machine :jump::jump:

It's a cross between the Stearman and Grumman Ag Cat in looks but with the P&W 1690 - 875HP pulling it through the air, it's one wild ride :applause: :applause:

Bring it on :icon_lol:

Pete.

That sound just like my mother-in-law going for the drumstick at Thanksgiving dinner. Scary! LOL!

On a serious note, I have the plane downloaded but have not had a chance to install it or fly it...been one heck of a busy day between painting my sis-in-law's bedroom and making 2 trips to the other end of the county to Walmart...the first trip to gather a cart load of stuff only to get to the check out line and find that my debit/credit card was locked due to our unusual spending pattern the last two days (tax returns!), then driving home with NOTHING after shopping for 2 hours, then drive back to Walmart with the check book to pay for the stuff I spent 2 hours shopping for on the first trip...and I have to go back tomorrow because they charged me for 3 packages of boxer briefs when I only had 2 packages.

Anyhow, I am looking forward to flying this amazingly detailed plane....I have been seen screen shots of the details and have never stopped drooling over them.

Incredible!

This is the coolest Hot Rod Biplane ever!
I haven't got any clue how he did it - but he did it.

Amazing - and pretty flyable as well!

Thanks a lot for this masterpiece! :applause:

Cheers,
Markus.

WOW.
Enough eye candy to induce Type 2 Diabetes.:jump:
At this point it's flyable but does tax my meager system's resources to the limits. The flying part is all right but the ground turns into a bunch of large squares at times. Regardless, I'm about content enough to just park it and stare at it. Definitely a keeper. Might have to get more RAM for my laptop.
My first flight I nosed over on a takeoff attempt, got a propstrike and it actually modelled the bent prop!!! Damn that's cool!!!
I would like to give out a big THANK YOU to Douglas 'PropTrash' Kallen. :ernae:

The amount of detail on this model is just unbelievable! :jump:

Everything that should move, moves! Open the inspection panels and even the linkages to the ailerons move!
