what is the procedure for downloading sound files from the add on library ,in to a cfs2 plane

Using Sounds

It depends on which sound files you're referring to. Mine , as do most, come with a readme that gives instructions on their use. Basically, extract the files, back up the sounds you wish to replace, then copy or move the new wave files to the sound folder of your choice, replacing the originals. Simple as that.
