I was surfing around youtube looking at F-4 video from various sources and happened to stumble onto this fantastic video:

This is a narration of a US Navy Vietnam era pilot (ltjg Curt Dose) describing his first and last Vietnam missions and engagements. This is F-4J footage. Fantastic home movies as well as some sort of simulation video as well to enhance it.

Very well worth the watch.
 
Will watch again, thanks for posting. The 2hrs from flying on to flying combat missions is a far cry to the safety practices we have now.
