Lost in Texas
I am thinking of getting it, does anybody have it? If so what do you think of it?
There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.
If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.
Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

I'm assuming you mean the Dakota, because they do have a FS9 Archer...
If you have Vista, stay away from it. The RXP stuff doesn't like Vista at all. I got CTD's every flight and ended up refunding the thing. If they'd switch to the 32 bit garmin trainer I think it would be fine, but they don't seem to care about fixing it.
Which one does Carenado make?

I know the new trainer is 32 bit, but the one the Dakota uses is 16 bit, thus causing problems. I'd love flying the Dakota, but the old trainer it uses ruined the experience with a CTD every flight.
Or did they finally change the dakota to include the new 430W (32 bit)? I've not been watching since its release and my refund. If they did, I'll definitely pick it up again and see if it works.
