AVP submitted a new resource:

Dreux-Louviliers Air Base (LFXX) 1955-1962 - USAFE cold war base in France during teh 50s and 60s with the 60th Troop Carrier Wing.

This scenery and traffic depicts Druex AB as it was from 1955 through 1962 or so. The ICAO code of LFXX is made up of course as this base was not present in FS9 so was built from scatch. This scenery includes both traffic and many custom buildings and paints for the aircraft present during this period. This project is a little different from my normal as no fighters in this one. Lots of C-119s and C-123 Providers flying all around the NATO countries.

Another enjoyable scenery i had fun contributing to, im sure you'll enjoy it too
Just like to add that the repaint for the C123 was adapted from a paint by Mick, he did a basic bare metal USAF paint, and i just moved some markings and added my own.

In both traffic files there's an entry for USAF Edwards AF Base 32781, it feels like a test entry or is this intended and I'm missing some weird and wonderful aircraft...

Good question about where it came from. It is meant to be there as most of the USAF NATO bases had one or more U6 Beaver's assigned. I think I used this one because it was somewhat generic compared to all the ones Deltadart painted for me for in most of my other sceneries. Not sure where I got it from, but I think it is part of the Calclassic traffic stuff but can't be sure. Anyway, I have attached it here.

Ian, always like Mick's stuff and use it a lot as well.

AI, thanks for this further welcome and highly appreciated addon. The AI DHC-2 Beaver is indeed part of CalClassic AI aircraft packages. But the Edward Air Base version isn't included. So it now could be completed easily.

Your welcome Jim, I am the same way and sometimes but way too many types on one traffic file, just love seeing them all doing their thing.

Bernard, thanks for the verification. I have no idea at the moment where I got the Edward version, probably on Flighsim but that is just a guess.
 
AVP, this is beautiful scenery and I enjoy it very much, but I seem to be missing a couple of hangers and part of the control tower. I do have all of the scenery/object items called for in the readme (and then some). Could you advise me on further sources? Thanks.

Stoney, my bad...You need my LFJA Choumont AB scenery, one of my first in the series of USAF French Air Bases which contains the original Tower and Hangars. It can be found here or at flightsim.com
