dual throttle stick control

I recently replaced my worn-down joystick with the saitek F.L.Y. 5 with a dual throttle and i was wondering how it is possible to make each then control engine 1&2 on a twine blade and 1,2 &3,4 on a 4 engine jet. is this possible?
 
As far as i know,that`s only possible with a FSUIPC registered version.
I did it some time ago and it worked fine.
