Great shots! Most of them are now saved to my Wall Paper collection.
I understand how you can take lots and lots of pics in a short time. Summer of 07, I met a CFS2 forum member at the Air Force Museum at Wright-Patterson to take delivery of a computer system he gave me. I took my sister-in-law's nearly $500 digital camera with me. In the hour and a half that I was inside the museum, I took over 600 pictures! That is some shutter buggin!
Funny thing though: The $80 GE A735, 7 megapixel digital camera that my wife and I bought a few months back takes better pics and has more features than my sis-in-law's 4 year old $500 camera. Funny how a few years of technology advancement can give you an $80 camera, the size of a pack of cigarettes, that is better than a camera that was near the top of the technology pile just a few years ago. Our little camera offers 3 megapixel more resolution than Tina's (sis-in-law) Dimage something or other, takes sharper video, has audio with the video, has equal optical and digital zoom levels, far more features..yet was less than 1/5th the price and about 1/4 the size.
Tomorrow, weather permitting, I will be putting the A735 to use at the Mansfield Aviation Club's Annual Pancake Breakfast at the Mansfield Lahm Regional Airport (KMFD)...home of the 179th Air Lift Wing. One of the C-130Hs will be on display (hope hope hope that it will be open so I can walk inside the beast) and there will be a good number of GA aircraft on display. $5 will get me all the pancakes, sausage and juice that I can eat. My wife, bless her heart, is FORCING me to go! So, I will find out how many high res pics I can stuff onto a 2 Gig SD stick.
